• Will I get hit with overage charges?

  Flat monthly pricing. No per-page overage meter.

  Free, Pro ($9), and Team ($29) are each hard-capped. Your price ceiling is whatever you chose at signup — Free stays free, Pro stays at $9, Team stays at $29. No silent overage charges, no per-check meter waiting to surprise you at the end of the month.

• What happens when an alert can’t deliver?

  Every alert is logged, retryable, and auditable in the dashboard.

  WatchDog’s auditable alert log shows every send, every retry, and every bounce — you don’t find out about a missed alert because a customer complains in support, you find it on the delivery timeline and fix it before anyone notices.

• When was the last time a real complaint actually got fixed?

  We publish a public changelog and respond to every review within 48h.

  That 48h response SLA is the floor, not the ceiling. Every release entry in the changelog links back to the customer complaint that drove it, so you can audit whether the team has been responsive — not just take our word for it.

• Is the product still being shipped, or is this UI from three years ago?

  Yes — WatchDog ships on a weekly release cadence, and every release is documented in the public changelog.

  The “AI Agent” badge in the nav at the top of this page is the active build — when something shipped badly, we say so in the changelog the same week. No silent patching in the dark, no dated UX shipping without a public record.
